Reiki Level One is a foundational Reiki training designed for personal healing, self-care, and energetic awareness.
This course supports you in slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and learning how to work with Reiki energy in a safe, supportive, and grounded way. The primary focus is on self-reiki as a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and everyday wellbeing. Students are also introduced to offering Reiki to friends and family with consent and clear boundaries.
If you’re feeling called to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore Reiki as a gentle form of self-care, Reiki Level One may be the right place to begin. There’s no rush and nothing to prove — simply an opportunity to meet yourself with more presence and compassion.
Reiki Level One is offered in an intimate, supportive setting where learning happens at a calm, sustainable pace. You’ll be guided step by step, with space for rest, reflection, and integration throughout the experience. This course is designed to support your nervous system, honour your sensitivity, and help you build a lasting self-Reiki practice you can return to again and again. If this resonates, you’re warmly invited to join us.
Reiki Level One is intended for personal use and does not qualify students to practice Reiki professionally. No prior Reiki or energy-healing experience is required.
Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho Level Two is for those who feel ready to deepen their relationship with Reiki and work more intentionally with energy beyond the physical body.
It is ideal for students who have completed Level One and have been practicing regularly, noticing a growing trust in their intuition, sensitivity, and connection to the flow of Reiki.
Level Two is often called “the practitioner’s level,” as it introduces sacred Reiki symbols that support emotional and mental healing, distance healing, and focused intention.
This level is well-suited for those who feel called to strengthen their personal healing journey, support loved ones, or begin offering Reiki professionally, while continuing to develop presence, self-awareness, and energetic integrity.
Must provide a level one certificate upon registration.
Do I need any prior experience with Reiki or meditation?
No. Reiki Level One is suitable for beginners. Everything is taught step-by-step in a calm, supportive environment.
Will level one allow me to become a Reiki practitioner?
No. Reiki Level One is focused on self-healing and personal growth. Professional practice begins at higher levels for those who feel called.
Can I offer Reiki to others after Level One?
Yes. You may share Reiki with friends and family, with their permission, as part of your personal practice, but not as a business.
What if I’m sensitive, intuitive, or easily overwhelmed?
This course is designed with gentleness and nervous system awareness in mind. Practices are slow, grounding, and supportive, with space for rest and integration.
Will I feel anything during the course?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people notice sensations or emotions, while others experience subtle shifts over time. All experiences are valid.
Is Reiki connected to a religion or belief system?
No. Reiki is a spiritual practice, but it is not religious and does not require any specific beliefs.
What should I bring to the course?
Comfortable clothing, water, and a willingness to be present with yourself. You’ll receive full details before the class begins
