Has Reiki been calling you?
I was trained in Reiki by a teacher with over 30 years of experience & deep knowledge of the practice. This lineage allows me to confidently share Reiki in a grounded, authentic way.
You will learn Reiki in a supportive, safe environment that follows Canadian Reiki Association guidelines. Teaching is offered one level at a time over a weekend with time for practice & integration.
There are many Reiki teachers offering Level One and Two certifications, and I truly believe it’s important to choose someone whose values, teaching style, and approach resonate with you.
If your goal is simply to receive certification quickly, a one-day course may feel like the right fit however, if you’re looking for a deeper experience, one that includes hands-on practice, integration, discussion, and a more comprehensive understanding of energy work then a two-day training may better support your learning.
Personally, I believe two days per level is ideal. Yes, it’s a longer process, but Reiki involves working within another person’s energetic field. That deserves time, care, and understanding.
I wholeheartedly believe that before anyone begins working with others energetically, they should first develop a strong foundation and relationship with energy itself, something that simply cannot be fully explored in only a few hours.
At the end of the day, there is no one “right” path. Choose the teacher and training experience that aligns with your needs, your values, and the way you learn best.

Reiki Level One Certification: Foundations of Energy Healing
Reiki Level One is a foundational Reiki training designed for personal healing, self-care, and energetic awareness.
This comprehensive introductory course offers students a grounded and practical foundation in Reiki. A gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
Reiki Level One is suitable for both personal development and for massage therapists or wellness practitioners who wish to integrate energy-based techniques into their existing practice.
Throughout this two day training class, participants will be introduced to the history and principles of Reiki, the concept of the body’s energy system, and the role of the practitioner in facilitating a safe and supportive healing environment. Emphasis is placed on understanding Reiki as a complementary practice that works alongside, not in place of, conventional or manual therapies.
Students will receive Level One attunements, enabling them to channel Reiki energy for self-treatment and for others. The course includes hands-on practice of foundational hand positions for both self-Reiki and treatment of others, with a focus on cultivating presence, awareness, and professional conduct.
Key topics include:
This course is designed to support nervous system regulation for both practitioner and client, making it a valuable addition for those working with stress, burnout, and chronic tension patterns.
If you’re feeling called to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore Reiki as a gentle form of self-care, Reiki Level One may be the right place to begin. There’s no rush and nothing to prove simply an opportunity to meet yourself with more presence and compassion.
Reiki Level One is offered in an intimate, supportive setting where learning happens at a calm, sustainable pace. You’ll be guided step by step, with space for rest, reflection, and integration throughout the experience.
Upon completion, participants will receive a Reiki Level One certificate. Students are encouraged to continue their practice through self-treatment and completion of case studies if they wish to advance to Reiki Level Two.
Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho Level Two is for those who feel ready to deepen their relationship with Reiki and work more intentionally with energy beyond the physical body.
It is ideal for students who have completed Level One and have been practicing regularly, noticing a growing trust in their intuition, sensitivity, and connection to the flow of Reiki.
Level Two is often called “the practitioner’s level,” as it introduces sacred Reiki symbols that support emotional and mental healing, distance healing, and focused intention.
This level is well-suited for those who feel called to strengthen their personal healing journey, support loved ones, or begin offering Reiki professionally, while continuing to develop presence, self-awareness, and energetic integrity.
Must provide a level one certificate upon registration.
Do I need any prior experience with Reiki or meditation?
No. Reiki Level One is suitable for beginners. Everything is taught step-by-step in a calm, supportive environment.
Will level one allow me to become a Reiki practitioner?
No. Reiki Level One is focused on self-healing and personal growth. Professional practice begins at higher levels for those who feel called.
Can I offer Reiki to others after Level One?
Yes. You may share Reiki with friends and family, with their permission, as part of your personal practice, but not as a business.
What if I’m sensitive, intuitive, or easily overwhelmed?
This course is designed with gentleness and nervous system awareness in mind. Practices are slow, grounding, and supportive, with space for rest and integration.
Will I feel anything during the course?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people notice sensations or emotions, while others experience subtle shifts over time. All experiences are valid.
Is Reiki connected to a religion or belief system?
No. Reiki is a spiritual practice, but it is not religious and does not require any specific beliefs.
What should I bring to the course?
Comfortable clothing, water, and a willingness to be present with yourself. You’ll receive full details before the class begins
